NOTE THIS AFFECTS v.1.5.1 as displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the start screen. I was forced to chose 1.5.2.1 from the drop down but this is not the case.

I encounter an error using Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch which says:

"Something Went Wrong

Sorry, we were unable to complete your purchase.

Maybe check your internet connection"

The following is the sequence of events that lead to this error.

Start Minecraft (not "Minecraft Switch Edition")

Minecraft automatically logs into the Nintendo account and the microsoft account (PeakCupid561507)

Click on "Store"

320 mine coins show in account in top right of window.

Click on magnifying glass on right hand side to search

Enter "Enderman" as the search criteria and search

Click on "Enderman's forest" from the search results. The price is indicated as 155 mine coins.

Click on the either of the purchase buttons which display the minecoin cost (one above the description in the first window, one under the picture one scroll window down)

Small window pops up saying "Purchase in progress. This shouldn't take long."

Second small window pops up saying ""Something Went Wrong. Sorry, we were unable to complete your purchase. Maybe check your internet connection"

We have tried clicking on the purchase buttons many times both logged in with a microsoft account and logged out. We have uninstalled Minecraft from the switch and the separate related data. We have Redownloaded Minecraft from the Nintendo Store, and then powered off (not restarted or put in sleep mode) and powered on the Switch and get the same error as described above.
