Previously marked as resolved for an iOS device but still an issue on Xbox One. When changing a previously survival mode world to a creative mode world, no creative functions work e.g. flying, all items in recipe book unavaliable etc. Have tried restarting and un/re-installing, world says it is creative but no functionality of it.
