Preliminary comment: The version I see when I open Minecraft is 1.5.0! It is OFFENSIVE to me that when I enter what I SEE,  _ that I get a pop up message that _1.5.0 DOES NOT EXIST!  I DO NOT SEE 1.5.0.14!  Does this mean that you REJECT issues related to the current version of Minecraft?? If so, make it clear that you accept issues related ONLY to versions that  are  not available to persons with issues! And stop wasting our time.

Issue: My main *device is Lenovo Thinkpad, Windows 10. BUT the issue below also occurs in multiple devices!*

I have a series of emails about failure of your Minecraft system to properly incorporate the Resource and Behavior packs with Castles and Dragons. My 6 year old granddaughter was the first known person to see this, instantly, after a week of the world working. I contacted Noxcrew the next morning, and there were NO reports to them, of that issue, at that time. NOW, THE REPORTS are being sent to Noxcrew by OTHERS, and Noxcrew has reported to YOU. 

A six year old girl discovered what the Minecraft and Mojang programmers SHOULD HAVE SEEN in the FIRST place. 

I thought the issue was limited to Realms, but it is recurring, especially after opening Minecraft, and seeing, updating pack #/ # of packs message.

I will not continue doing business with Minecraft, Microsoft/Xbox, if the base, default template is the only product that works!  Are you able to  create and maintain a program * on which the products at the Minecraft Store, within Minecraft, actually DO WORK, consistently?*
