I wish Minecraft wouldn't murder my dreams. When I learned that minecraft released an update on July 11, 2018, almost four days from today I was excited to hop back on. The world I wanted to play was very special to me seeing how almost half of my friends list on Xbox played and built houses on it. I have dumped countless and unfathomable amounts of time into this world and cannot see me redoing it all.

The Problem I am facing is quite an interesting one. It seems that my world has been cut in half right down the middle. I have a 5x5 big map in my world and the middle ones show that the world as been cut right down the middle separating the map into left and right. To make matters worse the whole left part of the map is gone and has been completely rewritten as a new map. This wouldn't be so bad if my main city with all my progress wasn't on the left side. I still have a smaller city on the right but it doesn't even compare. What strikes it even odder is that I don't even think this is the latest save of my world because last time I was on it I built certain things that aren't there on this one leaving me to believe my world is stuck in some save issue thing. If anyone at all can help me you'll find a new friend in me. This is my one world I have really spend all my minecraft time on and I can't see myself playing minecraft without it. Before the update I even made a copy of the world and it still didn't help! If anyone at all has any ideas how I can help myself it would be so much appreciated!
