This bug doesnt let you split up stacks of blocks. Instead it moves the whole block. If i had 3 diamonds and i wanted to put 1 of them in a chest it moves the whole stack witch is all 3 diamonds but this happends to all blocks in the game. This but happens in both creative and survival mode.
