With a problem on the Microsoft's end. I had to factory reset my console. Which had caused some problems on my worlds. Some worlds failed to sync up, and others had shifted in the make up of the world. In some worlds I was in creative and it was registered as survival. Which could allow the player to unlock several acheivments.(I am unsure if that needed to be private or not.) Along with that some other worlds generation was turned on, like superflat worlds started normal world generation. (I tried sending some picture probably not helpful. It said there was a problem with sending them.)
