Dear Mojang,

A while ago I upgraded my Nintendo Switch Edtion to the new Minecraft Bedrock Edition and was told that all mash up pack you previous bought would transfer over.
Some of the textures work fine, but the once I mostly use and love are broken like the Pattern, Skyrim, Egyptian and Norse mash up pack. They wont load and even crash the system.
I tried to remove and reinstall them, tried to log in with my Nintendo Switch edition first then minecraft bedrock and even tried to uninstall all and reinstalling it again. But nothing works (Most of them are tips the forums suggested but nothing worked)
I even tried to contact Nintendo but they send me just here to mojang and when I tried the FAQ here they just sended me to Microsoft and they sended me back to Nintendo. So my question is what should I do and will this be patched?
I've had this problem since the game was released on the Nintendo Switch.
