      This one happened randomly to me while mapping out my world, crossing a river, I went underwater, and the screen completely went dark. Couldn't even see my hand.

      I was docked to my TV when this occurred, and was unable to test if it happens un-docked as well.

      After reloading the world, the bug vanished.
