Settings does not save 'Full Screen' state on relaunch

      Launch the game, wait for xbox sign-in, go to Settings/Video and select 'Full Screen' on. Exit game via menu prompts. Launch game again, go to Settings/Video and 'Full Screen' is off again.

      Happens every time without exception
