I am sitting on 1.4.3 as there's not a tab for it yet

When opening the minecraft app, from the point of the main menu opening, you have around about 10-15 seconds before the app freezes and no longer responds. 

Last time I played was the day 1.4 dropped and I opened all of my worlds to wonder about phase 1, and everything seemed to be in order. However, yesterday when I opened minecraft again, every click box gives an impending freeze. 

The first time this occurred was when I attempted to view the new free map offered with this update
