Pistons have inconsistent extention and retraction times. This can easily be reproduced, just run the circut below several times. You will notice that the some of the blocks, rarely the same blocks, get shot out of the circuit.

NOTE: repeaters coming out of the block are on 1 tick and the other repeaters are on 2 ticks in new design
