Since the recent version,

Water movement is extremely slow when descending:

• Descending in water (Like oceans & deep water sources) are VERY VERY slow, making it almost impossible to reach the bottom of an ocean.

• I tried with different types of enchantments on my armor, but it makes no difference. The speed remains consistent with or without armor.

• The speed to ascend in water and against waterfalls is normal.
