Chest blocks become invisible.
Hitbox still exists and affected chests can be stood on.
Particle effects still appear when breaking the chest as normal.
Breaking the affected chest does not drop its contents (contents are lost).
Hoppers do not pull items from or drop items into affected chests.

Issue first presented itself on 1.2.14.3 two days ago, persists on 1.2.20.1.
