      Brief:
Unlike bows, the client doesn't give out any way to know when they have released off the right click.

      Issue:
In an attempt to fire a bow, when you release your hand off the right-click, the client fires packets to know that they have released their hand off the right click button.

This only happens with bows, not other items. Prior to MCPE v1.0, there were ways to check when the client had released their hand off the right-click for any item, not just bows.

      Mechanisms affected:

      • Prior to 1.2.13, when the client would hold down right-click on an armor stand while sneaking, it would continuously change the armor stand's pose until the client released off the right click — (In 1.2.13, holding down right click will change the armor stand's pose only once, not until the client stops holding down right click).
      • Prior to 1.2.13, when the client would hold down right click while pointing to an item frame, the rotation of the item frame's display item would change until the client released off the right click — (In 1.2.13, holding down right click will change the rotation only once, not until the client stops holding down right click).
