Well, looks like we are going to get our day in court with Microsoft/Minecraft. Finally the scamming has gotten to the point where a Florida judge has agreed to issue multiple subpoenas. After multiple documented attempts to get rid of the Minecraft beta version, including a complete Windows reinstall on a brand new hard drive, 17 total attempts. It still installs 1.2.14.3 in beta. We are not active in this beta and the end result is that our purchased Realms are inaccessible. Both the judge and several attornies have viewed the T and C for Windows, Minecraft and all documented material and while we were going to sue for a huge $79, the judge made a determination that pain and suffering, and loss of time will constitute an additional $5000, apparently they are tired of Microsoft breaking the law also.
