Lenovo Flex 5

When signed into Xbox Live, games crashes immediately upon either entering Store or try to Play. When not signed in, it seems stable.
I have:
1. uninstalled and reinstalled making sure to clean the registry and restart the computer between steps.
2. updated video drivers to current Windows 10 accepted versions
3. deleted %appdata% while doing a clean install
4. installed all Windows 10 updates
5. reset all video, audio and game settings to default
