Ladders act like vines, you cannot stand on the top of their hitbox, and you start to slide down.

      Ladders start to act like vines, they don't enable you to stand on the top, if you go to the top and stop climbing, you will notice you start to slide down.

      To Reproduce:
      1. make a 4 block high tower
      2. place 3 ladders starting from the bottom most block
      3. try to climb
      4. notice that you cannot climb succesfully

      Effecting a lot of builds, please fix.
