CTRL + q no longer drops the selected stack from the hotbar.

Steps:
1. In Version 1.2.13.5, Place a stack of items in the currently selected hotbar slot.
2. Press CTRL + q

Expected:
The stack of items should be dropped to the floor as happened in 1.2.10.2 and prior.

Actual:
One item from the stack is dropped to the floor.
