Banner and arm animations loop abruptly

      If you look at your hand(s) or legs, whenever they make contact with the rest of your body, the animation stops for a second, then animation resets again. (Doesn't apply to hands with items in them) Same thing with banners. Also tested on Xbox One, if that helps.
