Fortune(III) enchant and Nether Wart

      Tools enchanted with Fortune III seem to have no effect on collecting mature Nether Wart.
      I have a Shovel, Pickaxe, and Axe all enchanted with Fortune III and when I harvest my mature Nether Wart I get between two and four per plant.
      I have 42 Nether Wart plants and after several harvests using each enchanted tool I see no difference in amount harvested compared to collecting with no tool.

      I haven't tested with Fortune 1 or 2.

      This looks to affect Minecraft on Android(8.1) as well
