Relates to MCPE-8731, but the report didn't explained the bug correctly
When in put an block below me, it blins in this position, and appears in an aleatory place around me (generally above my head)
How to reproduce:
1. Jump
2. Put an block below you when you are very close to reach the space below you (this wich you have jumped from)
May it be a quite hard to reproduce, but with some attempts you can get it, and I recomend try on surival.
