For the 0.7.0 update that came out, the names of the dyes and bone meal is item.dyePowder.name

      Every time I go to create dyes on survival mode in MCPE, oddly the names of the dyes are "item.dyePowder.name" don't know if its a glitch or bug or whatever please fix.
