      Summary
After opening certain menus or dialogs or ingame and disconnecting the controller (wired or wireless) the game will crash (xbox one and windows 10). (When using a default xbox one controller).

      Example steps to reproduce:
      Example 1

      • Windows 10 (default windows driver is used for the controller) or Xbox one
      • Connect a controller trough a supported cable directly to the hardware or wirelessly connect
      • Start the game and navigate to settings (using the controller)
      • Disconnect controller (or by removing batteries or by unplugging the cable)
      • The game will crash

      Example 2

      • Same as example 1 but
      • With the connected controller start a new world
      • Open the chat dialog with the controller (d-pad right)
      • Disconnect the controller
      • Results in a crash

      Example 3

      • No reproduction steps.
      • Sometimes ingame when the controller disconnects the game can crash if it is the last used device.

      Expected behaviour:
The please reconnect controller dialog to show.

      Extra information:
I could not reproduce this issue on 1.2.9. Xbox one controllers that are used are firmware updated trough xbox one to the latest supported firmware.
