i have spoken with microsoft numerous times and they keep sendng me to you my issue is that the new console version of minecraft for me is not syncing to the cloud and now that im trying to transfer my worlds from xbox one to xbox one x i cant because my icloud wont update to the most recent save it has my last save been for i transfered my world from minecraft xboxone edition to your new bed rock edition so i have been trying to contact you in the hopes you can look at this and help me you game is the only game on my new console that is haveing this issue the console runs fine everything works great which tells me its minecraft that needs to be check so if you can please help me thank you.
