I have tried everything to get this achievement. I removed and replaced existing maps. I made nine new maps of the immediate area and put them into nine brand-new item frames. Nothing. It will not unlock for me.

This is the same world I have gotten all the other achievements in. Achievements are enabled and it is strictly survival. While other achievements have been laggy in unlocking, this one just will not.
