Hardly any animals spawning

      Description

      New world, plains biome. Over 3 in-game days, we have seen very few animals, maybe 1 cow, 1 sheep, and 1 chicken. (We can't make beds!)

      I have observed this in several worlds, in several different biomes, on both Windows 10 and Xbox One.
