Spawners stop working at random times.

      Mobs no long appear in middle of spawner. This is pretty annoying knowing that I have made the naturally formed spawners into mob farms. This happens to all spawners I’ve had it happen to blaze, zombie, and skeleton. This is on Minecraft on my Xbox one
