No mobs are spawning other than at spawners. After killing any mobs(mobs already there before the latest update), none spawn. It is the same in the End, after killing any endermen, no more will spawn.

It is the same for hostile and peaceful mobs.

It is like having the game in peaceful mode. My realm is setup on Hard difficulty.

This is game breaking and needs to be addressed.
