Cannot connect to realms, LAN, or public servers

      I have been unable to connect to LAN, realms, or public servers such as Mineplex. When I try to connect to a realm it gets stuck on "loading resource packs". When I try to get on a server or connect to a LAN it gets stuck on "connecting to multiplayer game". I have been having this issue for 3 weeks now. We have tried turning off the firewall but it did not make a difference.
