Chat button performs tap screen action when using split touch

      What I expected to happen was...:
      To open the chat.

      What actually happened was...:
      It did open the chat, but doing so, it placed the block I was holding.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Press chat button with split touch controls ON
      2. It will open the chat as well as perform the tap screen action.
