I have the Favorite Pack Edition of the Disc version of Minecraft: Xbox One Edition. I've played well beyond the required 5 hours of gameplay in the last 12 months to be elligible to the free BTU upgrade.
However I still haven't had the ability to "purchase" for 0$ the new version of Minecraft even though the message inside Minecraft Xbox One Edition tells me to. It still shows I have to pay $25.99 CAD for it.
My brother who played from the same disc has had his free upgrade but I haven't. Now he moved out of the house and I cannot play the Bedrock edition as he bought his own Xbox and moved all of his games there.
So what do I do, after all this time, it is clear I will not automatically get the free upgrade. I need to contact someone but I don't know where to turn. Minecraft Twitter's is completely silent on the issue.
My Xbox Gamertag is "SelCrashed" I have the Favorite Pack edition of the disc which include a couple of texture packs. Please help me.
