      Summary:
      When mining a beacon in survival, there is no longer a mining / breaking animation overlay.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Use a diamond pickaxe to mine a beacon in survival

      Observed Results:
      There is no mining animation / overlay.

      Expected Results:
      There should be a mining overlay showing that it is being mined.
