GUI Size Is Unreasonably Small in Windowed Mode

      On the minimum GUI size setting, the GUI is sized well when the window is maximized/fullscreen. When in windowed mode (default 1200x900), however, the GUI is unreasonably small - almost unreadable for certain things.
