Summary:
When given the status effect of blindness, the player can see through lava.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use the command /effect @s blindness 100 0
2. Jump into a pool of lava at least 2 deep (in creative or with fire resistance)

Observed Results:
You can see clearly through lava.

Expected Results:
Your vision should still be obscured by the lava.
