CustomNameVisible tag doesn't work in 1.2.3

      customNameVisible tag does not do what it should. It has worked in the previous version of minecraft bedrock edition. I made a post before and was told it wasn't a bug. But it is a bug because it previously worked. Now it doesn't. Can you please resolve this issue. It's making it so nobody can make holograms just like servers.
