My son has a kindle fire which I purchased from amazon.com and i paid for and downloaded the minecraft app. the app was working fine until my son downloaded a minecraft map app from the playstore. After downloading the map app, the minecraft app comes on and sticks on a white screen with the word minecraft and then the kindle freezes up until we restart it. He immediately deleted the map,but the minecraft still did not come on.I contacted and spoke with an agent from amazon whom assisted me in deleting and re-purchasing the app, however the same problem keeps occurring. Can you please assist me in finding a remedy for my problem. My son is extremely upset as he is obsessed with minecraft.
