I got on today and noticed all my achievements are messed up. I have not collected Dragon's Breath in a bottle but was something I was working towards doing tonight, including going to the end and killing/respawning the ender dragon.

In addition, I just got done making iron blocks to place and fully power my beacon which I JUST created yesterday after getting my Spawn/Kill the Wither achievement, but it says I have Beaconator already.

What's more is that icons/pictures for achievements do not match. "It's a sign!" has the "Tame an Ocelot" image on it and this is similar to all the achievements. However, and this is important: The images that appear in order on the picture attached, are the correct ones for the last 3 achievements I got yesterday which were spawn the wither, kill the wither/get the nether star, and collect a ghast tear. So this could just be that the text for them are messed up.

UPDATE: Yeah it's JUST the text for the achievements. I ate a Notch Apple after backing up my world (just incase) and the achievement came through. The Image for the achievement is fine but the text shows as "Organizational Wizard - Name a Shulker Box with an Anvil". So I feel confident I can continue with achievements and just wait for the text for them to be fixed or whatever.
