On behalf of a friend... her Minecraft Better Together update allows her on to the game, however she is stopped when trying to join a Mineplex server with a pop up saying “Xbox Live profile required”, even tho she is signed in on her account (KillSwitch09088).

Her account was originally made on another console joining as a family member in which had a Xbox Live Gold membership. She since has gotten her own Xbox and has transferred the account over to her new Xbox. After looking on Minecraft forums I have found there are many other in the same situation having the same issue as my friend.

She has today been able to get on the Mineplex server only once and since quitting, she once again cannot join the server. This has been happening for about 3 days since downloading.
