Efficiency on a shovel and pickaxe only mines one block at a time.

      The shovel/pickaxe with efficiency only mines blocks one by one, instead of mining several blocks instantly. You can't hold down the trigger and let it keep digging. This could be a bug with the shovel/pickaxe itself and not the enchantment.
