The /clear command doesn't visually update other players' armor

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have at least two players log onto a world.
      2. Both players equip any piece of armor.
      3. Run /clear @a
      4. Other players in the world will still appear to be wearing armor, even though they aren't.
