      Summary:
      When an endermite is in a minecart, it will suffocate if the cart goes off the rails.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Capture an endermite in a cart
      2. Push the cart off the rails

      Observed Results:
      The endermite immediately starts to take suffocation damage, and dies

      Expected Results:
      The endermite should be able to survive in a cart, even when it's not on rails.

      When I put a endermite in a minecart and it goes off the rail it dies. I need this for a enderman farm.
