The Plutonium Mode Has Helped increase my frames (It wasn't ever and actual issue though} But it still doesn't improve chunk generation!

What i expected to happen was
Once i turned Plutonium Mode on , i expected it to improve my frames and improve chunk generation (My main problem since the start of this beta testing program for 1.2}

What Actually Happened Was
The chunks where still takes ages to load up and i couldn't even fly for more than a minute without get stuck and then falling to my doom

Steps To Reproduce
1) Turn Plutonium Mode on
2) Get an elytra and some fireworks
3) Fall from the top of a tall structure and activate elytra and boost with fireworks
4) continue using fireworks for a few moments
