Summary:
The inside texture of Hoppers that are surrounded by blocks z-fights.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place several hoppers in a hole in the ground
2. Fly up or down

Observed Results:
Notice the z-fighting texture on the inside of the hoppers.

Expected Results:
The textures shouldn't be z-fighting.

There used to be similar z-fighting in minecart-hoppers, but this was fixed for 1.2, when this issue appeared. (MCPE-12501)
