Panel blocks UV does not look properly in north, south and east facing.

      Panel blocks like glass pane (and stained), and iron bars, UV does not look properly in north, south, and east facing.

      West UV facing actually looks properly.

      Check all attached screenshots to see how issue was about UV facing.

      Currently i'm using W10 with Intel(R) HD Graphics.
