Non English characters on delete world dialog will be shown as ?. This only happens when message is English .

How to reproduce:
1. Create/Rename a world with non English characters like Korean, Japanese or Chinese etc with game language set to English . In my case, I'm Korean so I used Korean (You can use a Korean word called 테스트, which means test.) (Use third party applications like Blocktopograph or try in Windows 10 Edition if you can't type them.
