MCPE has a bug where you turn if to fancy graphics the clouds are alright but the water isn't animated and light blue.
What I expected to happen was...:

I really don't know why and what happened but when I played and played after a few days I noticed that my cousin had light blue water when he was on fancy graphics and I didn't
