Hey, I noticed an issue while playing with my friend on his world through Xbox, we were going to clear an ocean monument but the splash potions we prepared did not work. We tried to throw them at the sky and on the ground, my friend told me to disconnect and he'll reopen the world. He reopened and the splash potions still don't work.

Also, when we threw it, it didn't show any particles on the ground and did not do any effect on us. The kind of potions we splashed were night vision and water breathing potions.
