      Summary:
      Shulkers teleport out of lava, but they glitch back and forth rapidly as they teleport.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Spawn a shulker in a pool of lava

      Observed Results:
      The shulker teleports out of the lava, and glitches back and forth.

      Expected Results:
      It should smoothly teleport out of the lava, once.
