Dispenser UI is Missing it's Name

      Summary:
      When opening a dispenser's UI, it's missing it's name at the top.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a dispenser
      2. Open/interact with it

      Observed Results:
      There is no name at the top of the ui.

      Expected Results:
      It should read "Dispenser" at the top.

      Notes:
      For comparison, open the Dropper ui and notice the name.
