If u look below the screen shot u will notice that there 3 glass on my bar. It happens to every item in different slots. I try the clear command and it get rid of it but in some cases it does it again no matter what the item. It's all most half the year that it has been doing it. Thanks firestar37. PS can u add warps to ur commands and put command blocks in the item menu. Thanks!
